SOIL SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS
- Professional soil sampling and analysis for all major and minor plant nutrients carried out by qualified staff. Representative samples are taken from agricultural or amenity land to our client’s requirements.
- Analytical Results are displayed in a unique, full colour format and include information about soil nutrient level changes since last analysed. This format is ideal for managing manure or fertiliser inputs because it monitors the sustainability of fertiliser systems.
- We also undertake environmental analysis of contaminated land and water for potentially toxic elements, hydrocarbons and phenols.

- For peace of mind, all our client’s records are held in our database free of charge for future reference.

PLANT TISSUE ANALYSIS
Professional plant tissue sampling and analysis can be carried out for all major and minor nutrients on any plant species. Applications include solving both plant and animal nutrition problems for either agricultural or amenity purposes.- Certain nutrients can only be usefully analysed in plant tissue, and in these situations we will not advise soil analysis.
- Results are displayed in a fully colour-coded format, for easy interpretation.

ZONED SOIL SAMPLING
- We have created a simple and cost-effective system that allows greater accuracy in fertiliser applications. This involves sampling management zones within fields, based on soil variations. Click here to see our precision farming page for more information.
-
This unique system has the potential to reduce fertiliser usage by significant amounts, because product is applied according to requirements within the field. This new technique was received with enthusiasm on over 10,000 hectares of farmland within months of being launched.
- The cost of this system is substantially less than other GPS based grid-sampling systems. Our knowledge of soils allows us to avoid the high cost of multiple samples and create accurate fertiliser variable application programs.
